Oman headquarters · IPM plan
Maak is seeking an approximately 1,000 m² plot at Innovation Park Muscat for an integrated headquarters and phased biotechnology facility.
Design direction for the planned Oman headquarters and biotechnology facility
Facility plan
The initial building will integrate an approximately 100 m² headquarters office with meeting space, R&D and quality-support areas, secure records and controlled zones for material receipt, quarantine, sampling, storage and dispatch.
Programme direction, quality oversight, data, intellectual property and regional coordination will be based in Oman. Specialised peptide synthesis and advanced analytical testing will continue through qualified international partners, allowing the Muscat operation to scale without duplicating capital-intensive specialist infrastructure.
Initial operating scope
The building brings the functions Maak controls into one secure and expandable Oman operation.
Company management, programme direction, partner reviews, finance, commercial coordination and institutional meetings.
Permitted sample handling, technical review, method support, quality documentation and controlled research records.
Documented receipt, quarantine, sampling or inspection, controlled storage, inventory status and dispatch.
International synthesis, advanced testing, logistics and project-specific scientific expertise coordinated from Muscat.
Phased development
The plot consolidates today's operating requirements while preserving space for future laboratory and technical capability through 2040.
Approximately 100 m² of office space for management, programme coordination and partner meetings.
Dedicated areas for quality support, secure records and traceable material receipt, storage and dispatch.
Additional laboratory and technical areas introduced as programmes, staffing and authorised activities grow.
A Muscat base for international research partnerships and future licensed supply across selected markets.
Value for Oman
The facility anchors company ownership, skilled work, research relationships and regional operations in Oman while connecting IPM to a qualified international execution network.
